About The Human Pattern
The Human Pattern began with a simple question: Why do people do what they do?
I've spent years fascinated by the patterns that shape our choices, relationships, beliefs, habits, and behaviors. This project exists to explore those patterns through thoughtful conversations, careful research, and genuine curiosity.
I'm not here to tell you what to think. I'm here to ask better questions.
Meet Liv
I'm Liv, the curious voice behind The Human Pattern.
My background is in psychology, but what has always fascinated me most isn't theory. It's watching how human behavior plays out in everyday life. Why smart people make irrational decisions. Why good people sometimes do terrible things. Why we repeat patterns we desperately want to change.
This podcast is where curiosity meets evidence. Every episode begins with a question, follows the research wherever it leads, and invites you to think a little differently by the end.

What I Believe
Curiosity is more powerful than certainty.
Understanding doesn't require agreement.
The best questions rarely have simple answers.
Every person has a story, and every story has patterns worth understanding.
The goal of The Human Pattern isn't to judge people. It's to understand them.
