Episode 1: Why I'm Here?

Episode 1: Why I'm Here?

What if understanding people starts with asking better questions?

Welcome to the very first episode of The Human Pattern.

Have you ever wondered why smart people make terrible decisions? Why we repeat the same habits even when we know better? Why some people seem to change while others stay stuck? Or why we can recognize unhealthy patterns in everyone else, but struggle to see them in ourselves?

These questions have fascinated me for as long as I can remember, and they're the reason this podcast exists.

In this episode, I introduce The Human Pattern and share the experiences that sparked my lifelong curiosity about human behavior. You'll hear how my background in psychology, personal experiences, and years of observing people led me to create a space dedicated to exploring the recurring patterns that shape our choices, relationships, beliefs, and behaviors.

This isn't a podcast about having all the answers.

It's about asking better questions.

Together, we'll explore crime, relationships, wellness, history, culture, and everyday life through one central question:

Why do people do what they do?

Whether you're here to better understand yourself, the people around you, or simply because you're endlessly curious about human behavior, you're in the right place.
